MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES
STATE OF THE ART LAMINATION LINE
All of ITEN’s parts are manufactured in a state of the art lamination line. Parts are automatically cleaned prior to entering the temperature and humidity controlled clean room where they are then laid up via an automated robotic arm. This ensures that even with large over sized parts, there is virtually zero scissoring. Parts are then cooked in a Melco autoclave with sensor controls for full traceability.
